I should probably have called off the trombone lesson last night; I didn't have enough active brain cells for it. (I was awful.)

Of course, after I dragged myself home, yawning incessantly, convinced myself to do the dishes, and decided it was too late and I wasn't with it enough to cook anything for lunch for the rest of the week (thank goodness for leftover pizza, which is today's lunch), THEN my brain got its act together, and I ended up playing Civ until midnight anyway. Starting a game at 9:30 on a weeknight is a Bad Idea; I got embroiled in a small war with the barbarians, and just HAD to finish wiping them out before I went to bed...

I'm slightly stuck, cooking-wise. I've got tofu and zucchini, and I think I want to do something Italianish (instead of Asianish, which I'm getting tired of), and I have no idea what to flavor it with. Lemon and garlic and rosemary, maybe. Any opinions?

You could make a sort of lasagna or baked casserole with those ingredients and some tomatoes. Just cut the tofu into thin slices and maybe coat it in a light dusting of flour and pan fry it before you use it as a replacement for noodles?

We had something vaguely Morrocan last night with Tofu, Raisins, Carrots, and some green tomatoes in it.

Won't work, unfortunately; my grandfather's 90th birthday party is in NH on Saturday and I'm going to Noank for the weekend afterward.

Oh well. I'll see if I can get pictures of the rest of them this weekend. Have fun at the party.
