We have GOT to get some more help around here. Fortunately, everybody knows that, and we're working on it. This has not been a particularly pleasant morning, due to lack of help last week, and the week before.

Life in general isn't particularly pleasant right now, truth be told. The fact that I don't think I can make it better for several months yet isn't helping either.

Can we just fast-forward to April, please?

I'm running out of week here; I'm booked through Wednesday, so if my apartment is really going to get inspected this week, it's got to be Thursday or Friday, and I don't know which.

Perhaps we could plan to get together this weekend? I should be getting season 1 of a certain oh-so-horse-filled TV series sometime this week.... (Bestbuy claims that it shipped at the end of last week.)

As for the purple platypus, I am NOT telling where I got it. Suffice it to say, I have 2 little purple platypi and 1 little brown moose (with orange antlers). That makes one platy for me, one for you, and a moose for Mrs. Lorac!
