The next person I have to deal with about financial guarantee letters is going to get smacked, or at least have the correct text of a financial guarantee letter crammed somewhere extremely uncomfortable, sideways. Maybe then they'd be able to find it.

Good thing today is a half day, and the office holiday party (which is the reason for the half day) is generally fun.
