This week I'm having schloop for lunch, mostly from stuff I had hanging around:

5 chicken thighs
5 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tbsp tomato paste
Lots of basil, parsley and oregano
2 qts chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can drained chickpeas
2 cups pasta, cooked

It would've had spinach in it too, but I forgot. It also would've had white beans in it, but I decided pasta and chickpeas were enough in that direction.

(It's called schloop because the pasta takes up a lot of liquid, so it doesn't have quite enough liquid left to be soup.)

Sounds tasty. I'm currently making turkey stew to use up some turkey we had in the freezer, some cranberries we had in the fridge, and because pot pie just doesn't transport well for lunches!
