Look, Ma, no cavities! One chipped tooth (I knew that; it chipped yesterday morning), and they want I should quit grinding my teeth in my sleep. However, since my jaw doesn't hurt and the only thing wrong with my teeth is the sharp edges, I don't think I'm going to do the whole impressions-and-night-guard dance yet.

Next Thursday I'm going to have my sore shoulder looked at. The upshot of that will probably be "if it hurts when you do that, don't do that, it'll get better eventually, now give us $15 and go away", but at least it will have been looked at by the medical profession.

Sometime this weekend, I lost the glass egg that had been living in my coat pocket. Drat. Well, at least I know where it came from.

It should be naptime, but I have two more meetings today, so it isn't.

I would recommend a nightguard. Mostly because I wound up cracking 4 teeth by the grinding. You can get fairly cheap ones at pharmacy chains -- ones you can "custom fit" by putting them in boiling water, cooling a bit and biting on them. I keep one as a spare & it travels with me when I'm out of town for the weekend.
