dchenesIf it hadn't stopped raining yesterday, I was going to start building an ark. (Riiiiight. What's an ark?)
It was a very laid-back sort of weekend. I went for a walk and did dishes and got another largish chunk of embroidery done. I meant to go see "The Italian Job", except that I forgot that until the middle of Sunday morning. Lo and behold, Liz called to see if we wanted to go Sunday night, so we got to the theater and stood in line and got told the showing we wanted was sold out. Had it been me, I would have bought tickets online, but oh well. It'll be around for at least another week. So, we rented "The Bourne Identity", which I saw when it came out, and went back to my place and watched that.
I think I need to sit down sometime and write down the entire contents of my brain. I know there's stuff in there I haven't dealt with yet, and if I keep putting it off, it's going to make me unhappy eventually. Related to that thought, I am thoroughly sick of being practical and living like a rational human being and putting things off because I can't afford them emotionally or financially. I want to be able to indulge myself.
