It occurred to me today that I can't remember the last time I felt beautiful. It seems I can be either beautiful or useful, but not both, and for the last five or six years I've spent most of my time being useful.

So now that I know that, what do I do about it?

I would agree. I don't think they're mutually exclusive.

The next question is, what would make you feel beautiful? Figuring out what transformations you want to make is the first step.
