The Verdict

I have a strained rotator cuff and at least one loose shoulder joint. Result: physical therapy twice a week for the next 6-8 weeks.

I slept with the windows open last night and dispensed with the Huge Mahonkin Comforter. Hooray!

Actually, I'm going to one about two blocks from work. It doesn't get a whole lot more convenient than that.
