There's a mockingbird somewhere outside singing the car-alarm song at the absolute top of his lungs. For some reason that amuses me quite a lot.

The street I live on is the major route between a fire house and a main street, so the mockingbirds around here have also picked up the fire-siren songs. (The ladder truck and the pump truck have different sirens.)
