off on the right foot

I had a wonderful birthday dinner and dessert last night, so I think 33 has most decidedly gotten off on the right foot.

I'm about to spend a fair bit of money on embroidery-related stuff (patterns and beads for me, and supplies for a piece for my just-married cousin), and I wish I could get it all from one place. It's easier not to get carried away that way.

Today is Friday, and the weather is lovely, and I have Grand Plans for this evening and slightly less Grand Plans for the weekend. And they're all things I actually want to do, rather than things I need to do. So life is good.
