I didn't really intend to stay at work until 5:45 today, but that's what happens when you start a semi-complicated meeting at 4:30.

In other news, I should not try to do complicated math on not enough breakfast and no lunch, because when I decide that's enough of that and try to get up to go find food at 3:00, I don't feel so good. (I do know better than that, but the project I was working on wasn't going to be any more exciting if I stopped in the middle and had to go back to it.)

Tomorrow is Friday, and I get out at noon because the OFA summer shindig happens tomorrow afternoon. Hooray! (Although in the interest of not dying of heat exhaustion, I think I won't bake anything for it tonight. I'll just buy something tomorrow.)

this is a measure of concern. granted, i dont have to be to work at 8.30 or 9, but ... it's rare that i leave earlier than 6.15 or 6.30 unless i've got plans.

9-10 hours/day is the norm, i guess it's time to see whats on the playing field, eh?

*sigh* so much diligence for so little gain

It's not really that bad; it was just a fairly intense day yesterday. And today is a half day, so that makes up for it.

I was rather comparing your experience to mine, and wondering if my job is really such a demanding one.

The comparison was, she's getting out at 5.45 and that's considered late, or rather, on the later side.
