The Museum of Science is getting, if it hasn't already gotten, a triceratops skeleton on loan for seven years. It was bought by a private individual at an auction in France.

I know this because I was standing in line at South Station on Thursday in front of the woman whose son was at Logan trying to get his triceratops out of Customs.

Apparently the owner of the triceratops thought the process was unnecessarily complicated because the thing got dug up in North Dakota in the first place, so it's an American product, right?

I allowed as how I hope they numbered everything before they dismantled it.
