I'm getting to the point where I'm going to have to flip a coin between cat-shelter frustration (apparently the fact that I already have a cat makes me an incorrigible serial axe murderer where shelters are concerned) and Craigslist frustration ("Free cat looking for good home!", but the home that doesn't want it is in Tyngsboro. Or Framingham. Or Haverhill. Or...)

I went to the pet store last night and did not buy any kittens. I did buy a single-cat carrier, though. That way I don't have to haul anybody around on foot in the medium-dog-size carrier.

OK, I shut up now. I'm reasonably certain that the drama llama will be here any minute to take me away.

Two things - One, it's likely that the cat in Haverhill has a car, since everyone who lives in the effing burbs has a car. If he wants a new home that badly, he can make the drive =)

Two, if by some chance, he doesn't have a car, I do, and am always happy to aid and abet in the acquisition of new pets.
