Jun. 11th, 2003 08:52 am1. What is your favorite memory of high school?
I don't think about high school all that much now that I'm not there any more, but the thing that sprang to mind when I read this was the day I found out I had gotten into the school's best chorus and one of my friends said he had never seen me that happy before.
2. Describe the most flashy item of clothing you wanted but didn't buy?
Well, ignoring the 80s entirely (all my clothes in the 80s were from secondhand stores), probably the red bodice I tried on last year at King Richard's Faire. It fit me right in ALL the right places.
The most flashy item of clothing I own, but didn't buy, is the black velvet halter top I inherited from Liz.
3. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I would be more inclined to exercise.
4. What alternative hairstyle would you want to try, if you were guaranteed that you could change your hair back if you didn't like it?
I think I would try having short hair again. For some reason I just can't stand the idea of having to put gunk in my hair every morning to make it do what I want, so I don't want any hairstyle that requires maintenance. I like to just wake up, brush it, part it and get going.
5. What is your favorite movie?
Right now, Apollo 13. It amazes me that people went to the moon with technology we would discard out of hand now, and that when they had problems, they solved them with ingenuity and slide rules and got the three astronauts back alive
