Head full, so brain dump:

It's going to be much cheaper to build a taller cat tree than it will be to buy one. Now all I have to do is decide what kind of cat tree I want to build. I think there are almost as many designs out there as there are cats out there. What I want isn't that complicated, but I don't know yet how I want it to look. The cats won't care as long as they can sit on it and look out the window.

Why are the technology efficiency audit people talking to the people in our office who have assistants to manage their emails and calendars and all that, instead of the assistants who have to manage them?

Apparently I'll still have half a personal day to use up, because we've been given a half day next Wednesday. Mine will be half personal day and half "excused absence".

Gotta remember to clean out the fridge. And buy toothpaste. One has nothing to do with the other, but they showed up in my head together for some reason.

OW. It's paper cut season again.

Take a half day off sometime next Monday through Wednesday and come visit with Biblespice & Silverbackbutch while they are staying with us! (Yes, I've taken Monday through Wednesday off to burn my personal days before the end of the year.)

If you wanna build a taller cat tree and need a hand doing it locally rather than enlisting your dad, let me know. I'd be happy to give a hand. What might be simplest would be to figure out a way to extend or enlarge your existing cat tree. Shouldn;t be too hard to do really.

I'm taking Wednesday off, but unfortunately I'm also taking off for CT at 11:00 on Wednesday morning. Maybe we could go out for breakfast on Wednesday, or dinner on Tuesday, or something?
