I'm trying to write queries that will give me data from September 2006 - July 2007, September 2007 - July 2008, etc. Month and year are in separate fields, because of the data we ultimately want.

I don't have enough criteria slots to exclude the first eight months of a year one at a time; is there any way to specify "not like (range of months)?"

ETA: Never mind, I figured it out. Now all I have to do is figure out how to teach Access that when I say "4" I want it to say "April".

Don't know if you've checked them out, but the MS Access forums on microsoft.com have been amazingly helpful to me.
