dchenesChristmas was very low-key, which was good. We had hors d'oeuvres and nothing else for Christmas eve dinner, and that was just great except for the Plum Sauce Which Will Live In Infamy. (Actually, that was good too, but for entertainment value rather than food value. We all thought it was pretty revolting. The faces made in consequence of it being revolting were very amusing, though.)
I now own a pair of extremely silly blue flannel pajamas with yellow rubber duckies on them. I've never owned flannel pajamas before.
The HBs, as usual, thought I was NEVER coming home again, EVER, and they were going to STARVE. I think I've mostly convinced them that this is not the case.
I have a whole list of stuff I want to do when I have time to get around to it. I don't know if I'll get around to any of it before the 5th. That's OK, though.
