Jun. 18th, 2003 12:05 pmNo train problems this morning. When I came up from underground, there were people handing out sample bottles of yogurt smoothie, which was OK as a free sample but not something I would run out and buy. It was too sweet and tasted like overripe bananas.
I made myself the omelet I had wanted two nights ago, last night. Good stuff. I even managed to fold it without turning it into scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms. Go me!
I also managed, last night, to trip over a cat and land on my ass on the floor. The cat is fine, and so am I, but it was one of those things that make you go ARGH. Especially since I had just discovered that they'd dug up my jade plant, AGAIN.
I wish my shoulders and my jaw didn't hurt. That's a function of going to work and having the graduation dinner next Thursday. I suppose having sore shoulders and a sore jaw is an improvement over the first year I had to plan this dinner. Then I got panic attacks.
Il pleut, encore. Toujours. Jusqu'il fait froid, et puis il neigera. (Anybody care to guess what that means?)

Date: 2003-06-18 09:52 pm (UTC)They were handing out some yogurt-fruit concoction at Park Street, too. "Frusion", I think it was called. I couldn't help wondering how well (or poorly) it would mix with my favorite soda, so I could have a Moxie Frusion.
