if I ran the world...
Apr. 22nd, 2009 08:11 pm...it would not come to an end because somebody called the main office number and got voicemail.
...the point at which email makes things more difficult than otherwise would be something we don't get to, as opposed to something we regularly wave goodbye to as we pass it.
...Lily would know what to do with a rock and a clam, so that when she's lying around on her back on the rug, she could do a sea otter imitation.
...the Red Sox would play home games in Foxboro, or somewhere else far away from downtown Boston at rush hour. (Why yes, I do think baseball season is at least three months too long, why?)
...I would have been able to get outdoors and eat my lunch and enjoy the weather before it rained.
...my shoulders wouldn't hurt.
But I don't run the world, so it's not Friday night either.
