My left shoulder hurts in a "large knot in here somewhere" kind of way, but every time I think I've got the knot out, it starts to hurt somewhere else. I wish it would stop that, but I know why it's in the state it's in (Massachusetts, why do you ask?). It has to do with work and a couple of other stressful things, and the fact that when I get stressed it goes straight to my shoulders.

However, it is Friday, which is good. And given that I spent five and a half hours of last Saturday running around doing errands, I don't have anything I have to go run around doing tomorrow. Although if it's going to be warm(ish) tomorrow, I might go meandering around a bit anyway.

And on Monday I heard from somebody I hadn't heard from in two years, and it's all good, and that's a weight off my mind I didn't consciously know was on it.
