dchenesHaving spent most of the weekend not running around, the knee I massacred on the bus on Friday is considerably happier. After I got done with the Saturday morning running around, I spent the rest of the weekend embroidering and watching Firefly all the way through (again) and eating entirely too many potato chips. At least I made the Instant Gratification Monster shut up, and got to the point where I'm only slightly behind with the embroidery. (Insert glare here at people whose embroidery patterns cover multiple pages and don't overlap at all, so I have bits of one letter of the sampler on four different pattern pages. That's very hard to count.)
Lily still makes a nuisance of herself about potato chips. Snip couldn't care less about potato chips, but makes an even worse nuisance of herself about cheese. Now that they're both bribable, getting them in carriers might be easier.
The World Cup matchups are amusing me. Japan vs Cameroon? Do those two countries have ANYTHING else in common?
