Sep. 17th, 2010 03:03 pmMy entire week so far seems to have been variations on Tuesday. (Long, mentally exhausting, and complicated.) Fortunately "complicated" and "difficult" aren't the same thing; the difficulty arises from dealing with so many hours of "mentally exhausting and complicated" every day. I'm not sure some of this stuff isn't unnecessarily complicated, but I should learn the way it goes and get used to that before I start trying to change it.
I think I should go home and get things done tonight, so I don't have to do them tomorrow. I'm not sure what I'm going to do tomorrow, but whatever it is, it will not be complicated or difficult. Possibly exhausting, if it involves a lot of walking around all day, but at least that's the good kind of exhausting. Now if the sun would just come out, like the weather report promised me it would this afternoon...
I can has new phone, because the old one kept giving my parents busy signals for no particular reason. Given the medical mystery tour they've been on lately, I want them to be able to get ahold of me if they need/want to. So, new phone it is. The silly thing is, I got the new phone last week and I still don't know what it sounds like when it rings. (If I did it right, it will play La Habanera instead of ringing.)
