I fell off the portion control bandwagon yesterday. It was P&R day and by the time I got home, I didn't want to have to think about anything, so I cooked the last of the angel hair without paying attention to how much of it there was. I really shouldn't do things like that.

Ten days until vacation. At which point I will get on a plane and fall off the grid. I deliberately put myself in a hotel that charges for wireless internet access.
