Gah, summatives. The short version is that the Summative Guide is now 50 pages or so longer than it was, and the Summative Master List is now a map to it, mostly. It's not quite fair to have graduation on a Thursday and then expect us all to come back and work productively on Friday. But at least there was free lunch, and mine was a very large salad wrapped in a burrito, so I feel a little less like my diet is exclusively fruit, caffeine, and fat. (We won't mention the free ice cream.)
Diet or stress or getting old or whatever it is, my right shoulder is back to being fairly sore again. At least I still have an acceptable range of motion in it. Unfortunately, because it's a degenerative rather than inflammatory condition, I can't really take anything that will make it less sore. I'm sure there are all sorts of things I could take that would make me stop caring if it's sore. But nobody would want to give me those, and I don't want them anyway. So, on we go, walking wounded carrying the stretcher cases.
I'm being taken to Cirque du Soleil for my birthday. Huzzah! Now I have two bucket-list items happening before Christmas.
I hope I haven't thrown out the electric bill by accident. I couldn't find it this morning. I'm sure I stuck it in a bag on the way in or out a couple of weekends ago; the question is which bag, because if it was a recycling bag, I recycled it already. Oops.
