The calzones I made yesterday came out very well. Spinach and mozzarella and ricotta and garlic and some smoked cheese I got at the West Side Market on my way back through Cleveland. I made two calzones and froze one and a half so I'll have something to eat when I can't stand cooking any more.

Today it's warmer out, which is a good thing, because I had to hike halfway across campus this morning to go turn in a couple of job applications. One of the jobs I applied for is Administrative Assistant to the Modern and Classical Languages department, which I happen to be part of already. I don't know if that will mean anything in the long run, but it makes me grin anyway.

I started the archaeological dig on my kitchen counter yesterday, and put all of last semester's miscellaneous papers in a box. If it turns out that the only thing I use that box for is to put more paper in, I'll throw it out when I move out of here. I wish it would be sunny out for a couple of days, since I always seem to feel more like cleaning things when it's sunny out, and I'm in desperate need of a cleaning fit. A sunny day and some loud music always help. Speaking of cleaning, what does one clean a fiberglass shower wall with?

I should go drop the bills in the mail before they get any later than they are already. That's the problem with being gone for three weeks. It was worth it, though.

Yup. crank up that 80's music, roll back the sleeves and dig in! But sunny does help. Especially in winter. Try SoftScrub for the shower walls. If that doesn't work, get some Fantastic spray cleaner for bathrooms. The stuff that foams does a better job without needing the elbow grease and scrubbing. Especially if you have a telephone showerhead.

What sleeves? :)

By the way, did you get my e-mail with the memory bird quote in it?
