This was a less lazy Sunday than I actually had in mind. I was trying not to do anything requiring actually getting dressed today, but I had to go out and get milk. I figured I'd pay bills while I was at it, so I did. I'm finally at the point where I got done paying bills and looked at what I had left and it was above the minimum at which the bank charges me extra fees. Mind you, I'm not going to have the credit card paid off any time soon, but at least I'm not dead broke, again. Happy stuff.
I have a fairly awful set of blisters on both heels. This is what I get for wearing ankle socks with my hiking boot/sneakers yesterday and walking from Coolidge Corner to Allston. Thank goodness my Tevas don't hit my heels in the same place. I hate to give up on the hiking boots, but I think I might have to if they're still giving me blisters. I know I've walked about ten miles in them by now.
Speaking of Tevas, I ordered new ones from the Sierra Trading Post. How far wrong can I go for $20, especially if I already know that what I'm ordering works? On the other hand, this means I get to go through Round 2 with UPS. (I bet I end up going to Southie again.)
