grumble mutter fizz snarl...

I have nothing against binder clips. They are, in fact, highly useful. However, they seem to have something against me. I keep bending my fingernails backward when they suddenly let go of whatever I'm trying to get them off. However, since they're useful beasties, I'm blaming the Governing Boards (I was taking binder clips off stuff to send to them) for my bent and bleeding right index fingernail.

OW, dammit. Not that it's much of a wound, but it's sore and inconvenient.

in which I officially yell for help

OK, so here's the official notice:

I am moving from Roxbury to Brighton on Saturday, August 18. I need two or three people to help me with the furniture, of which there isn't much. I'm moving out of a first-floor apartment and into a second-floor apartment.

I have a 10' truck reserved and will be picking it up at 9 AM on the 18th. Anyone who wants to show up in Roxbury at 10 AM will be fed, and will probably be done in Brighton by 4:30 at the latest. Anybody who wants to show up in Brighton will be fed too.

Any takers?
