(no subject)

Yep, Monday. Got up, showered, and got hung up in my shorts while getting dressed. Whipped my arm around to try to keep my balance and then had to sit down and whimper for a minute because my shoulder REALLY didn't like that at all. I almost wish I had torn something so I could go to a doctor and say "OK, there is now something acutely wrong in there. FIX IT."

Got to work and got read the riot act because apparently I have to wear my ID around my neck at all times. This wasn't true on Thursday, and there wasn't any email about it, so I can't decide whether it's this particular security guard on a power trip or whether it's really true. Not what I needed this morning, though.

Other fun: I have to make an appointment for Lily to have at least one tooth pulled. She has a major case of garbage breath and she's been acting very clingy lately, and given the weather, that's not normal. Last night when she yawned, I saw she has an upper molar in bad trouble. I hope she can deal with general anesthesia.

Can we go back to this weekend when the weather was hot, but life was less irritating?
